• Monitor the occupancy readiness of assigned housing projects, ensuring units and sites meet inspection requirements and in compliance with turnover schedules.
• Track unit completion, site preparation, repairs, and inspection findings.
• Prepare regular occupancy status reports, monitor project timelines and turnover progress, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely unit acceptance and occupancy.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree in engineering or construction-related courses.
• Preferably with experience in housing construction, project monitoring, quality control and occupancy.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other monitoring/reporting tools.
• Amenable to work in Novaliches, Quezon City.
