Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Trust Relationship Officers in servicing and administration of trust accounts
• Process transactions (account opening, maintenance, contributions, withdrawals) accurately
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely support
• Prepare and maintain account documentation in compliance with KYC/AMLA requirements
• Coordinate with branches on document submission and account updates
• Generate reports and provide administrative support to the team
• Support marketing-related activities (e.g., email communications)
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
