Job summary

China Banking Corporation (CBC) is seeking a detail-oriented Trust Accounting Associate to prepare and submit financial statements and reports for trust accounts. You will handle client requests, compute coupons and dividends, and prepare trust-related payments with accuracy.

The role requires coordination with the Trust Group and other bank units, and you may be assigned to Makati, Head Office. Strong written and verbal communication is essential for timely regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

Graduate of Financial Management, Accounting, or any accounting-related course.
Knowledge of accounting procedures and principles.
Basic computer skills.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Ability to interact with Trust Group and other bank units.
Willing to be assigned in Makati, Head Office.

Responsibilities

Prepare and generate financial statements and reports for trust accounts.
Handle client requests such as bank certifications and supporting schedules.
Compute and prepare trust-related payments (coupons, dividends, benefits, taxes).
Prepare statements of account for trust fees.
Monitor and prepare schedules for investment-related transactions.
Ensure timely submission of reports to clients and regulators.
