The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics, 3+ years in transport/logistics, and 1-2 years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of transport, logistics, or trucking experience.
• With 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of fleet operations, dispatching, route planning, and driver management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily transport operations, ensuring timely dispatch, delivery, and truck availability.
• Monitor fleet utilization, routing, and vehicle performance to maximize efficiency.
• Lead and manage drivers and dispatch personnel, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
