Job summary

Philippine Bible Society, Inc. is seeking a Treasury Supervisor to oversee daily cash and liquidity management and strengthen banking relationships.

You will ensure efficient cash flow, optimize working capital, and manage treasury operations end-to-end while analyzing financial data to inform strategic decisions. The role requires a finance-focused graduate with at least two years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to interpret complex banking data for

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting, Banking & Finance or related course.
• At least two years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret banking/finance data; experience in credit and collection.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

About the role

As a Treasury Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily cash and liquidity management of the organization. This role is crucial in maintaining the company's financial stability by ensuring efficient cash flow, optimizing working capital, and managing banking relationships.

You will manage the end-to-end treasury operations, including monitoring cash positions, forecasting liquidity needs, and executing banking transactions. A key component of your work involves analyzing banking and financial data, ensuring sound credit management, and supervising collection activities to minimize risk and maximize returns.

This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, ready to utilize their expertise in finance and credit/collection to interpret and present complex financial data clearly to support strategic decision-making.

What we're looking for

• Graduate of Accounting, Banking & Finance, or any related course
• At least two (2) years of relevant work experience
• Can read, analyze, and interpret banking and finance data; has experience in credit and collection
• With good oral and written communication skills
