Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Treasury Supervisor to oversee cash flow, liquidity, funding, and banking relationships. The role covers financial reporting, tax compliance, international accounting, and cash management planning, including monitoring collections.

The candidate will supervise treasury staff, train assistants, and handle petty cash, filings, and policy memos. A BS Accountancy or related degree with 6–12 months in treasury functions is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or any Finance/Business course.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in treasury, credit and collections.
• Strong financial modelling is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash flow and liquidity to maintain optimal cash positions.
• Prepare daily cash position reports and monitor collections.
• Validate payments and reconcile with records and ledgers.
• Assist treasury staff in physical cash counting activities and petty cash handling.
• Complete administrative tasks: filing OR slips, AP vouchers and checks.
• Draft memos and policies; supervise and train assistants.

Who Are We Looking For

As a Treasury Supervisor, you are expected to be responsible for managing business financial and monetary aspects, including cash flow, liquidity, funding, and relationships with financial institutions. Manages activities surrounding financial reporting, tax compliance, international accounting and consolidations, and cash management planning. Monitors and tracks collections.

• Ensures that all collections, either cash or check, are deposited to maintain cash positions.
• Prepares daily cash position reports.
• Validates payments deposited and reconciles them with credit and collection records.
• Assist and support treasury staff in physical cash counting activities.
• Petty cash handling
• Complete administrative tasks such as filing OR slips and AP vouchers and checks.
• Knowledgeable about making memos and policies.
• Supervises and trains their team of assistants.

What does it take to be part of the team?

• Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or any Finance and/or Business Course.
• At least 6 months to 1 year experience in treasury, credit, and collection functions.
• Billing experience is an advantage
• Systematic and keen to details
