Our Financial Markets and Wealth Management team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Treasury Sales Desk Head.

In this role you will lead the Institutional Treasury Sales team in driving revenue growth by marketing and distributing treasury products and solutions to institutional clients, financial institutions, corporates, government entities, and qualified investors, while developing sales strategies and managing key client relationships. You will oversee treasury sales activities and collaborate closely with trading, treasury, institutional banking, wealth management, and risk teams to deliver foreign exchange, fixed income, derivatives, money market, and hedging solutions tailored to client needs.

What the role will entail

• Lead and execute the institutional treasury sales strategy to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets while expanding wallet share across institutional client segments.
• Develop and grow relationships with banks, insurance companies, asset managers, corporates, government institutions, and other financial institutions to drive sustainable business growth.
• Provide clients with market intelligence, investment ideas, and hedging solutions, while conducting regular portfolio reviews and market outlook presentations.
• Oversee and develop a high-performing Treasury Sales team by setting performance objectives, coaching team members, and monitoring sales, client activity, and revenue results.
• Partner with Treasury Trading, Structuring, Product, Relationship Management, and Institutional Banking teams to deliver competitive treasury solutions and deepen client engagement.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify opportunities, enhance product offerings, and support strategic treasury initiatives.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards while promoting strong ethical and compliance practices.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accountancy, Mathematics, or any related field; MBA or postgraduate studies are an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Treasury Certification Program, Fixed Income Market Salesman Certification, or relevant securities/investment licenses are preferred.
• At least 8 to15 years of experience in treasury, financial markets, institutional sales, corporate banking, or related fields, with a proven track record in revenue generation and client relationship management.
• Strong expertise in treasury and capital markets products, including Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income, Money Market, Derivatives, and other treasury solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with at least 3 to 5 years managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong strategic sales, negotiation, financial analysis, risk management, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted institutional relationships and lead business growth initiatives.
