Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–15 years in treasury or institutional sales with revenue track record.
• Strong knowledge of FX, Fixed Income, Money Market, and Derivatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the institutional treasury sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop relationships with banks, asset managers, corporates, government institutions, and other financial institutions.
• Provide market insights and hedging ideas; conduct portfolio reviews.
• Oversee a high-performing Treasury Sales team with coaching and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Treasury Trading, Structuring, Product, RM, and Institutional Banking to deliver solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to improve offerings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management standards.
