Job summary

East West Banking Corporation (EastWest) is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to drive business by prioritizing high-net-worth clients and cross-selling innovative financial solutions. The role is onsite in Metro Manila.

You will build a portfolio, conduct professional financial analyses, and foster lasting client relationships through timely market insights. A solid background in wealth management and financial products is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related field.
• Licensed to sell Fixed Income and Equities; with UITF TOAP Certification; and Insurance licenses.
• At least 2 to 5 years of sales experience in retail banking, preferably in the wealth segment.
• Solid knowledge of a wide range of financial products including Deposits, FX, Fixed Income, Equities, Mutual Funds, UITFs, Bancassurance, Loans, and Cash Management solutions.
• Ability to conduct in-depth portfolio reviews and provide holistic financial advice.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent
• Licensed to sell Fixed Income and Equities; with UITF TOAP Certification; and Insurance (Traditional/VUL) licenses
• At least 2 to 5 years of sales experience in retail banking, preferably in the wealth segment
• Solid knowledge of a wide range of financial products, including Deposits, FX, Fixed Income, Equities, Mutual Funds, UITFs, Bancassurance, Loans, and Cash Management solutions
• Ability to conduct in-depth portfolio reviews and provide holistic financial advice
• Strong understanding of the macroeconomic landscape and its impact on wealth management
• Excellent relationship‑building, communication, and consultative selling skills
