RCBC Leasing and Finance Corporation in the Treasury Division seeks a Relationship Associate to support fund origination, process money market placements, and manage client funds. Reporting to the Relationship Manager, you will monitor KYC documents, prepare trading reports, and collaborate with banks, Wealth Relationship Managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth treasury operations.

A strong candidate will have a 4-year degree, experience in finance or banking, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• A graduate with a 4-year degree and prior experience in financing or banking.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic interest calculations.
• Knowledge of KYC documentation and compliance.
• Willing to pursue BAP Treasury Certification.

Responsabilités

• Assist with fund origination and daily trading order monitoring.
