CASAMIA FURNITURE CENTER, INC. is seeking a Treasury Assistant to support the Treasury Officer in managing daily financial and treasury operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The role involves handling cash processes, reporting, and proper safeguarding of funds at SM CDO Downtown.

The successful candidate will assist with cash sales, prepare reports, verify checks, and help manage disbursements while adhering to security standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year related course (Finance/Business Administration/Accounting or any related course).
• Experience in cash handling or any related experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• To be assigned at SM CDO Downtown.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the collection and preparation of daily cash sales.
• Create and maintain the Daily Cash Collection Report (DCCR).
• Count and verify coins received from sales.
• Serve as the custodian for various funds, including Petty Cash, Vale, and other funds.
• Manage the release of revolving funds and prepare loose change for cash boxes.
• Oversee the release of unclaimed salaries and 13th-month pay for separated employees.
