Job summary

SM Supermalls in Dasmariñas, Cavite seeks a Treasury Clerk responsible for imprest funds, over-the-counter payments, and issuing receipts. You will encode and generate collection reports, and log daily accountabilities while releasing payables to suppliers.

You will manage cash advances, reconcile daily transactions, ensure records accuracy, and support treasury-related operations with training and talent development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of treasury/clerical experience.
• Ability to manage imprest funds and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of regulatory and financial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage imprest funds by releasing cash advances, reconciling daily transactions, and maintaining accurate cash journals.
• Handle collections through daily cash pickups, payment processing, receipt issuance, and turnover of financial documents.

Position description: Responsible for the performance of Treasury clerical functions relative to handling of imprest funds, acceptance of over the counter payments and cashiers remittances, issuances of receipts; encoding and generation of collection related reports; logging and monitoring of daily issuances of accountabilities; and releasing of payables to suppliers.
