Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a Treasury Assistant to oversee imprest funds, over-the-counter payments, remittances, receipts, and the release of payables, with strong accuracy in daily reports. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, basic accounting knowledge, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Fresh graduates are welcome; willingness to work during holidays and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

Manage imprest funds by releasing cash advances, reconciling daily transactions, and maintaining accurate cash journals.
Handle collections through daily cash pickups, payment processing, receipt issuance, and proper turnover of financial documents.
Ensure compliance and documentation accuracy by preparing reports, conducting inventory of accountable forms, and managing required records.
Support operational efficiency by preparing materials requisitions and ensuring smooth coordination of treasury-related activities.
Pursue learning and growth through continuous training, skills development, and active participation in talent development initiatives.
