Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of treasury/clerical experience.
• Ability to manage imprest funds and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of regulatory and financial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage imprest funds by releasing cash advances, reconciling daily transactions, and maintaining accurate cash journals.
• Handle collections through daily cash pickups, payment processing, receipt issuance, and turnover of financial documents.
• Prepare reports, inventory forms, and maintain required records for compliance.
• Support operational efficiency by coordinating treasury-related activities and material requisitions.
• Engage in continuous training and talent development initiatives.
• Demonstrate competencies in systems operations, quantitative analysis, process optimization, problem solving, compliance, financial acumen, data management, customer orientation, and change management.
• Embody results orientation and initiative with a mindful, innovative mindset.
