Job summary

Sun Life Financial Philippines is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support day-to-day treasury operations, including trade matching, settlement, and reporting for Investable Funds.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accountancy (CPA preferred) and at least 1 year in treasury operations, with strong MS Office skills and keen attention to detail. Collaboration with banks and internal teams is essential for timely settlements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, CPA preferred.
• Experience: at least 1 year in Treasury Operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepares trade matching and settlement instruction and records daily securities settlement in PAM.
• Prepares daily Investable Funds Report timely and accurately for Segregated and General Funds.
• Records manual journal entries (correcting, adjusting and reversing) pertaining Investments accounts in the Investment system (PAM) & SUN GL, SAP.
• coordinates and confirms daily with banks on maturities of money market placements and other settlement and cash-related queries
• Process fund transfers to / from various banks, manual or online
• Handles updating and monitoring of NAVPU publication on various websites and broadsheets and other needed internal reports
