Job summary

Sun Life is hiring a Treasury Analyst based in the Philippines. The role involves day-to-day securities settlement, fund reporting for Segregated and General Funds, and journal entries in PAM, SUN GL and SAP. You will coordinate with banks on maturities and cash queries and manage fund transfers.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in Treasury Operations, a Bachelor's in Accountancy, and preferably a CPA. Proficiency in MS Office and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Treasury Operations experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy is required.
• CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares trade matching and settlement instructions and records daily securities settlement in PAM
• Prepares daily Investable Funds Report timely and accurately for Segregated and General Funds
• Records manual journal entries (correcting, adjusting and reversing) pertaining Investments accounts in the Investment system (PAM) & SUN GL, SAP
• Coordinates and confirms daily with banks on maturities of money market placements and other settlement and cash-related queries
• Processes fund transfers to / from various banks, manual or online
• Handles updating and monitoring of NAVPU publication on various websites and broadsheets and other needed internal reports
