Job summary

Sun Life Financial in the Philippines is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support daily securities settlement, fund reporting, and cash operations. The role focuses on accurate trade matching, journal entries, and coordinating with banks on maturities and transfers.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting (CPA preferred) with at least 1 year in Treasury Operations, strong MS Office skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• Experience in Treasury Operations.
• Proficient in MS Office and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepares trade matching and settlement instruction and records daily securities settlement in PAM.
• Prepares daily Investable Funds Report timely and accurately for Segregated and General Funds.
• Records manual journal entries (correcting, adjusting and reversing) pertaining Investments accounts in the Investment system (PAM) & SUN GL, SAP.
• Coordinates and confirms daily with banks on maturities of money market placements and other settlement and cash-related queries.
• Process fund transfers to / from various banks, manual or online.
• Updates and monitors NAVPU publication on various websites and broadsheets and other needed internal reports.
