Job summary

Cord Chemicals Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Branch Operations Supervisor to help Management monitor and coordinate the operations of our branch offices.

The role requires regular travel to provincial branches to personally check operations and assist in setting up new branches. Based in Metro Manila, you will supervise daily branch activities, ensure compliance with company policies, and coordinate with head office departments to address issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any course. Experience is more important.
• Experience in branch operations, administration, sales coordination, auditing or supervisory work is an advantage.
• Must be able to handle both sales and administrative concerns.
• Observant, organized and good at following up.
• Able to identify problems and make practical decisions.
• Can confidently coordinate with different employees and departments.
• Must be willing to travel regularly to provincial branch offices.
• Willing to stay out of town when required for branch inspection or setup.
• Based in Metro Manila.
• Willing to work on-site Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily operations of assigned branch offices.
• Coordinate and monitor branch sales targets and performance.
• Review branch reports, attendance, expenses, inventory, deliveries and administrative concerns.
• Make sure branch personnel follow Company policies and Management instructions.
• Regularly travel to branch offices for actual inspection and monitoring.
• Verify that reports submitted to Head Office match what is actually happening at the branch.
• Identify problems, irregularities, delays and areas that need improvement.
• Make day-to-day decisions based on existing Company policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate branch concerns with the appropriate Head Office departments.
• Monitor permits, licenses, utilities and other branch requirements.
• Assist in setting up new branch offices, including permits, utilities, equipment, supplies, staffing and operational requirements.
• Make sure new branch offices are properly organized and ready for operation.
• Submit branch inspection reports, findings and recommendations directly to Management.
