Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is hiring a Travel and Transportation Specialist in Taguig to manage outbound and inbound travel requests, airline and hotel bookings, travel insurance, and visa handling for internal stakeholders including Top Management.

The role also oversees company vehicle requests, maintains reports on Individual Travel Transactions, and requires Excel proficiency; GDS knowledge is an advantage. Strong coordination, confidentiality, and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in passport and Visa formalities.
• Knowledgeable in handling travel arrangements via online and use of internet.
• Knowledgeable in Philippines Transportation Guidelines and Policy as well as Government Attached Agencies.
• Proficiency in Using Microsoft Excel.
• GDS knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate and assist request from internal and external customers.
• Assist customer/team for other travel/transportation management related concerns.
• Manages the Repair and Maintenance of leased vehicles.
• Keep information strictly confidential as appropriate.
• Reliever for an on leave-team member
