You will own team performance, coaching, and escalation for GDS tools (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo), while ensuring quality metrics and customer satisfaction across a Travel campaign. Onsite role based in Cebu City with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of college education.
• 1–2 years of BPO Team Lead or Assistant Manager experience in Travel campaigns.
• At least 1 year GDS experience.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Coaching: Inspire and guide a dynamic team of travel consultants as they navigate and craft intricate itineraries with precision.
• GDS Expertise: Act as the go-to expert and final escalation point for all Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo system commands.
• Performance Management: Monitor metrics such as Average Handle Time, Customer Satisfaction, and booking accuracy to drive continuous improvement.
