Job summary

TASQ in Cebu City on onsite setup is seeking an experienced Travel BPO Team Lead to guide a busy group of travel consultants. You will oversee itineraries, coach staff, and ensure service standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1–2 years leading BPO teams on travel campaigns with at least 1 year of GDS experience, handling Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo systems. Cebu-based position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: At least 2 years in college (No back subjects).
• 1–2 years of BPO Team Lead or Assistant Manager experience in a Travel campaign with at least 1 year of GDS experience.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Coaching: Inspire and guide a dynamic team of travel consultants as they navigate and craft intricate itineraries with precision.
• GDS Expertise: Act as the go-to expert and final escalation point for Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo system commands.
• Performance Management: Monitor key metrics such as Average Handle Time, Customer Satisfaction, and booking accuracy to drive continuous improvement.
