Qualifications

• College graduate with or without BPO experience.
• Or completed at least 2 years in college with 6 months BPO experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer-oriented and detail-focused.
• Willing to work in a 24/7 shifting schedule.
• Amenable to work onsite.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and stakeholders with scheduling and support-related concerns.
• Handle inquiries through phone, chat, and back-office channels.
