- College graduate with or without BPO experience.
- Or completed at least 2 years in college with 6 months BPO experience.
- Customer-oriented and detail-focused.
- Willing to work in a 24/7 shifting schedule.
- Amenable to work onsite.
- Can start ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and stakeholders with scheduling and support-related concerns.
- Handle inquiries through phone, chat, and back-office channels.
- Process requests accurately and efficiently while meeting service standards.
- Provide timely resolutions and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain and update records with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
