A travel service company in Quezon City is seeking a Research and Development Officer to design and develop travel itineraries and packages. The successful candidate will research destinations, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure products meet market demand. Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years experience in travel agency operations, itinerary planning, or tour development is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of tour packages, destinations, and travel logistics.

Responsabilités

• Research local and international travel destinations, attractions, and experiences.
• Develop and design tour packages and travel itineraries for individuals and groups.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, tour operators, and other travel suppliers.
• Prepare costing and pricing for travel packages.
• Ensure itineraries are feasible, competitive, and aligned with customer needs.
• Update and improve existing travel packages based on market trends and feedback.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote travel products.
• Maintain accurate product information, schedules, and supplier details.
• Monitor industry trends to identify new travel opportunities and destinations.
