HRTx Inc. in Makati City is seeking an Accounting Manager (Strategic Finance Lead) to oversee full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for three business units. You will partner with General Managers on profitability, budgeting, and forecasting while leading an 18-member team.

The role requires CPA, 8–12 years of accounting experience with at least 5 years in leadership, and deep knowledge of Philippine tax and SEC standards. On-site in Makati with growth potential.

Qualifications

• CPA is required.
• 8–12 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in Travel, Aviation, or Hospitality is highly preferred (IATA/BSP or commissions a plus).
• Broad knowledge of Philippine tax laws (BIR), SEC requirements and financial reporting standards.
• Ability to manage large teams and engage executives.

Qualifications

• Education: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.

• Industry Savvy: Direct experience in the Travel, Aviation, or Hospitality industry is highly preferred (understanding IATA, BSP, or complex commissions is a plus).
• Technical Mastery: Broad, expert-level knowledge of Philippine tax laws (BIR), SEC requirements, and financial reporting standards.
• Leadership Style: Proven ability to manage large teams (10+ members) and manage diverse stakeholders at the executive level.
