Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Delivery Associate for Implementation to support large-scale deployments of travel products and services. You will configure and set up products for Airlines, Travel Agencies, and other clients, following strict guidelines to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The role requires familiarity with ServiceNow and Salesforce, and a solid understanding of GDS. You will operate in a hybrid environment (2–3 days onsite) at a location in Makati/Taguig area, with weekend on-call

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Engineering; Tourism or relevant travel experience preferred.
• Experience with IT implementations in travel industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of incident management and service requests.

Responsibilities

• Manage Core Implementation Services catalog requests per guidelines and SLAs.
• Prioritize requests based on urgency and importance; ensure timely delivery.
• Master tools like GOT for orders reception and Maestro for execution.
• Work autonomously within defined processes; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Provide on-call support and participate in rotating shift to ensure 24/7 coverage.
