Job summary

Amadeus Marketing Phils, Inc. seeks a Delivery Associate for Implementation in Travel to support large-scale deployments and migrations.

You will configure a range of Amadeus products for Airlines, Travel Agencies, and related clients while managing high-volume requests and maintaining strict guidelines and quality standards. The role requires flexibility for on-call weekends, bank holidays, and a rotating shift schedule to support 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Engineering (or Tourism/relevant work experience).
• 2–3 years hands-on IT/implementation experience in travel industry.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Amadeus products and Travel Industry advantages.
• Familiarity with Global Distribution System.

Responsibilities

• Manage basic services within Core Implementation Services catalog per guidelines and SLAs.
• Prioritize requests by urgency and importance, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Master tools for execution (GOT for orders reception, Maestro for execution).
• Work autonomously within defined processes, seeking guidance when needed.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or project leads.
