Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Travel Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years in a customer support or technical role within the travel industry.
• Proficient in using GDS tools like Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in onsite set-up of Global Distribution System (GDS) solutions.
• Provide technical support and training for users on GDS functionalities.
• Coordinate with clients to identify travel technology needs and implement solutions.
• Monitor the performance of GDS systems and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and GDS developments.
