Job summary

Vestas Philippines is seeking a Finance SSC professional to support Travel & Expense processing and reporting within a global finance shared service center. The role focuses on improving T&E procedures, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and delivering timely KPIs.

You will collaborate with Regional Finance and other stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in T&E, with ERP exposure (SAP) and strong Excel skills, and is ready to thrive in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Finance/Management (accounting graduate).
3–5 years experience in Travel & Expense process and reporting.
BPO/Shared Service experience preferred.
SAP Concur knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Participate in ongoing improvement and optimization of T&E processes and procedures.
Execute T&E processing fully per Vestas SOPs.
Collaborate with Regional Finance and stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and accurately.
Prepare daily and monthly reports and schedules.
Perform analytical reviews to meet KPIs for the function.
Assist in developing training plans and knowledge sharing.
Manage the end-to-end corporate card program.
