• Client Consultation: Discuss travel preferences, goals, dates, special requests, and budgets.
• Itinerary Planning: Design customized travel packages, including flights, lodging, sightseeing tours, and activities.
• Reservations & Bookings: Use global distribution systems (GDS) and booking software to secure tickets, rooms, and packages.
• Destination Guidance: Advise clients on local customs, weather, safety precautions, entry requirements, passports, and visas.
• Support & Issue Resolution: Manage flight delays, cancellations, refunds, rebookings, and emergency assistance.
