Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversea daily operations. Ensure that all operational process run smoothly and efficiently, making adjustments as necessary to meet the company objectives.


2. Manage staff. Lead and supervise operational staffs providing guidance and support to enhance productivity and performance.


3. Implement policies. Implement and monitor operational policies and procedure, ensuring compliance and efficiency.


4. Report generation and monitoring. Proactively collate and update the manually prepared report validating it with the system generated report per shift per day.


5. Collaboration with another department. Ease in collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment and proper handling of concern.


6. Documentation. Ensure complete safekeeping of all necessary documents related to SATC operations.


7. Route planning. Plan logistics for efficient delivery considering traffic conditions, weather and delivery schedule.


8. Safety. Help in ensuring safety procedures and protocols are being observed at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an operations supervisor or similar role.
