Job summary

SYSTRA Philippines is seeking transport planning professionals to support development of transport infrastructure with local and international projects. You will analyze data, plan surveys, and assist senior consultants.

The role requires a BSc in Civil Engineering (Transportation), strong English and communication skills, and the ability to manage time and plan effectively. Masters is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data from statistics, surveys and transport studies.
• Plan and manage transport/traffic surveys and process data results.
• Assist senior transport modeler in preparing transport models.
• Simulate and prepare transport demand forecast scenarios using modeling software.
• Analyze forecast impact of new developments on the transport network.
• Prepare technical reports, studies and presentation materials.
• Participate in internal planning of technical requirements, budgets and timeliness.
• Initiate meetings, site visits for data collection as needed.
• Participate in value methodology workshops.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the manager.

Context

SYSTRA Philippines is in need of transport planning professionals with experience in the development of transport infrastructure projects in both local and international setting. The role is expected to perform all tasks necessary to support the consulting activities of SYSTRA Philippines in all existing and future projects, demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in undertaking additional tasks as required by project demands, and ensure the successful execution and delivery of the project objectives.

Missions/Main Duties

• Analyze and interpret data gathered from statistics, surveys and transport studies;
