Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the ride-hailing platform, ensuring efficient service delivery and an excellent customer experience.
• Oversee last-mile delivery operations, including dispatch, routing, rider deployment, and service level performance.
• Manage company-owned and partner fleets to ensure maximum utilization, safety, and operational readiness.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, profitability, and service quality.
• Monitor key operational metrics such as trip completion, on-time delivery, driver utilization, fleet productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational costs.
• Supervise and mentor transport coordinators, dispatchers, drivers, riders, and fleet personnel.
• Ensure compliance with LTFRB, LTO, DOTr, and other applicable government regulations.
• Handle customer and driver escalations while maintaining high service standards.
• Coordinate with Technology, Customer Service, Finance, HR, and Business Development teams to continuously improve operations.
• Drive process improvements through automation, analytics, and operational best practices.

About you

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in transportation, logistics, fleet operations, ride-hailing, courier, or mobility services.

• Minimum 2 years of leadership or managerial experience.

• Strong background in transport operations, dispatching, fleet management, or last-mile delivery.

• Experience managing drivers, riders, transport coordinators, or logistics personnel.

• Knowledge of transportation regulations, fleet maintenance, and operational compliance.

• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
