You will oversee initiation, planning, execution, and knowledge transfer, ensuring go-live readiness and stabilization while maintaining strong governance and clear scope boundaries. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading and supporting technical and non-technical projects in global business services.
• 3+ years of experience in leading transition projects, Knowledge Transfer strategies, go-live readiness, and stabilization frameworks.
• Formal training in change management (Prosci/ADKAR), process mining, PPM, Lean Six Sigma preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt), PMP, or PRINCE2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support transition projects through full lifecycle from initiation to stabilization.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, governance, and boundaries.
• Develop integrated project plans with schedules, milestones, and resources.
• Engage and coordinate stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Manage risks, issues, changes, and readiness for go-live.
• Lead knowledge transfer and readiness activities including training and certifications.
• Ensure procedures and training materials are ready for implementation.
• Coordinate cutover, go-live plans, communications, and contingency measures.
• Track performance with KPIs and dashboards; drive stabilization and lessons learned.
• Execute project closure and transition to steady-state operations.
