Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 5–15 years of progressive PM/PMO experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across initiatives.
• Established project governance frameworks and executive reporting.
• Experience with budgeting, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Executive learning certificates (AIM, INSEAD, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transformation initiatives to align with objectives and delivery plans.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across projects.
• Coordinate with delivery leads, demand managers, and stakeholders.
• Provide governance, status reporting, and delivery discipline.
• Support benefits realization and change management activities.
• Improve PMO standards, tools, and templates over time.
• Advise senior leaders on governance, risk, and delivery decisions.
