Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking an experienced professional to lead strategic initiatives and coordinate across business units in Manila. You will drive strategy execution, deliver key goals, and support synergies with Ayala group companies.

The role requires a track record in strategy, finance, and project leadership, with strong analytical and presentation skills and the ability to manage stakeholders independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking or private equity.
• Strong knowledge of strategy and project management.
• Experience in financial statement analysis and interpretation.
• Understanding banking landscape in the Philippines and/or Southeast Asia.
• Experience with financial modelling, valuation and cost-benefit analysis.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills; ability to lead and own initiatives.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently.

• Coordinates with business units to execute/implement BPI's strategy and delivers strategic goals requested by senior management
• Coordinates, reports, and ensures on-time-delivery of business unit goals
• Horizontal Strategies: Drives results via cross-segment direction setting and strategy implementation
• Implements and executes strategic initiatives on specific topics as per management direction and request
• Supports Ayala Corp., and group companies in realizing synergies
• Engages with stakeholders to identify requirements, adjusts implementation plans and recalibrate timelines where necessary, and to provide updates
• Prepares presentations for project deliverables

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
• Must have 3-8 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking or private equity
