Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking an experienced professional to lead strategic initiatives and coordinate across business units in Manila. You will drive strategy execution, deliver key goals, and support synergies with Ayala group companies.

The role requires a track record in strategy, finance, and project leadership, with strong analytical and presentation skills and the ability to manage stakeholders independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking or private equity.
• Strong knowledge of strategy and project management.
• Experience in financial statement analysis and interpretation.
• Understanding banking landscape in the Philippines and/or Southeast Asia.
• Experience with financial modelling, valuation and cost-benefit analysis.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills; ability to lead and own initiatives.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with business units to execute BPI's strategy and deliver strategic goals.
• Coordinate, report, and ensure on-time delivery of business unit goals.
• Drive cross-segment strategies and implement plans.
• Implement strategic initiatives as directed by management.
• Support Ayala Corp., and group companies to realize synergies.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify requirements, adjust plans, and recalibrate timelines.
• Prepare presentations for project deliverables.
