Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Change and Human Experience Consultant to join our Talent practice. You will work on transformation programs, defining change management strategies, and leveraging digital tools to enable business readiness and adoption across our global client base.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to lead stakeholder engagement, design and implement cloud-based changes, and drive digital transformation initiatives while building capability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience in change management programs
• Techno-functional experience in delivering Cloud Platforms/Systems implementations
• Ability to articulate business value of recommendations and plans
• Ability to interpret data and work with analytic models and digital tools
• Experience in Digital transformations, RPA, Shared Services and cloud implementations

Responsibilities

• Lead change enablement strategies and interventions for technology-driven programs
• Manage stakeholder expectations across multi-cultural teams
• Coordinate with cloud-based implementations and SaaS/Workday/SAP projects
• Develop and recruit talent, create training and communications plans
• Contribute to practice-building activities and client engagements
