Responsibilities

• Assess stakeholder needs and organizational readiness across transformation initiatives
• Define change strategies that support technology-enabled and business-led change programs
• Design and execute communications, engagement, and learning interventions
• Conduct change impact assessments and develop practical treatment plans
• Support clients in building internal change capability and agility
• Enable adoption of new systems, processes, and behaviors across the organization
• with global, cross-functional teams on large-scale programs
• Contribute to practice growth through knowledge sharing, training, and community involvement
