Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Transformation Business Analyst to drive end-to-end transformation initiatives within JBS. You will translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, analyze processes, and partner with tech, operations, and leadership to deliver measurable outcomes.

This on-site role in Taguig requires 3–6 years of BA experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and proficiency with data tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, transformation, consulting, or operational improvement roles.
• Exposure to shared services, GCC, or business services environments preferred.
• Experience supporting transformation, process improvement, or technology-enabled change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the Transformation Director in shaping and maintaining the transformation strategy and roadmap for the assigned functional area.
• Conduct structured analysis to prioritize initiatives based on value, effort, and strategic alignment.
• Develop transformation business cases, including benefits identification, baseline analysis, and impact sizing across efficiency, quality, and client experience.
• Prepare senior leadership materials, including roadmaps, executive updates, and decision papers.
• Analyze end-to-end operational processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities via data, interviews, and observation.
• Document current-state processes and help design future-state solutions aligned to standardization and simplification.
• Apply structured problem-solving techniques to diagnose issues and support solution design.
• Define clear, practical process changes operable by JBS teams.
• Support technology-enabled initiatives, gather and validate business requirements with traceability.
• Assist in UAT, defect triage, and readiness activities to ensure solutions meet needs.
• Bridge operations, transformation, and delivery teams for value-driven solutions.
• Support portfolio governance: track milestones, risks, dependencies, and benefits.
• Maintain documentation for initiatives, including RAID logs and KPI tracking.
• Contribute to consistent delivery standards across initiatives.
• Build data-driven transformation culture within JBS operations.
• Analyze data to identify trends, develop dashboards, and support decision-making.
