Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree of any Business course.
• At least 2 years of experience in unsecured credit processing gained from credit card company or banking institution.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas.

• Collaborates with assigned business units and executes project/s as required in the defined scope of work
• Provides timely feedback to business stakeholders and solve issues that arise
• Delivers/achieves productivity targets, turn around time with efficiency and zero to minimal errors
• Identify strategic approach that aims to manage and develop processes based on existing policies and guidelines
• Ensures accuracy and proper handling of all assigned tasks and orders from management in accordance with Bank policies and procedures

Job SummaryThe Credit Officer is responsible for file matching of applications against internal and external database/s, preparation of leads processing and BAP inquiries for batch upload, and credit verification via voice and non‑voice actions (telephone call outs, or e‑mail). Ensures accurate processing and decisions to minimize potential duplicate approvals and customer complaints. Moreover, responsible for timely updating of daily monitoring reports.
