Job summary

Aprio is seeking a Manager, Transaction Advisory Services to lead financial due diligence for private equity and strategic buyers or sellers across multiple industries. You will interact with client executives, supervise staff, and contribute to proposals while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Hybrid work arrangement (2 onsite days, 3 WFH days) is available; CPA is a plus and GAAP knowledge is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Ability to present and interact with private equity and corporate executives.
Strong communication and teaming with diverse groups.
GAAP knowledge and experience in audit/finance or transaction advisory.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute and complete financial/accounting due diligence for private equity and strategic buyers or sellers.
Develop relationships with clients and engage with target company executives.
Supervise juniors and provide performance feedback; support proposals and new business opportunities.
Manage client expectations, deadlines and cross-sell Aprio services.
