Job summary

Aprio is seeking a Senior Associate in Transaction Advisory Services to join their Advisory - Finance Advisory Team in a hybrid work arrangement. Responsibilities include analyzing historical financial data, evaluating profitability trends, and assessing transaction risk for client targets and buyers.

The role requires 2–3 years in audit, finance, or TAS with US GAAP knowledge and strong communication skills. Eligible candidates will have a Bachelor’s in accounting or finance; CPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required or equivalent.
• Licensed CPA is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Comfortable engaging with private equity and corporate executives.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• 2–3 years in Audit, Finance or Transaction Advisory Services.
• Knowledge of US GAAP.
• Hybrid work: 2 days onsite, 3 days WFH; first 2 months onsite.
• Midshift schedule: 3pm–12mn PHT.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze historical financial data and statements from buyers/sellers.
• Comment on financial performance and accounting policies.
• Assess customer and vendor trends and transaction risks.
• Participate in client meetings with Aprio teams and management.
• Analyze cash flows from capex and working capital trends.
• Produce tailored advisory reports on significant transaction issues.
• Foster relationships across service lines and with clients.
• Support a collaborative, community-minded work environment.
• Travel up to 15% as needed.
