Job summary

iOPEX Technologies is seeking an HR Onboarding Specialist to greet and onboard new hires, provide necessary materials, and introduce them to their teams. You will guide new employees through initial tasks, address questions, and ensure a smooth first day.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of onboarding experience, strong English communication, and MS Office proficiency. Onsite work in BGC with shifting schedules is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months to 1 year of HR Onboarding experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• College graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in a BPO setup is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Providing new hires with manuals, guidelines, and passwords, as needed

• Detailing all new hires' initial tasks and answering any queries

Requirements

• Must be a College Graduate or equivalent

• Experience in within a BPO set up is a PLUS

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• Literacy in various MSO applications: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and ability to multi-task

• Well-organized, and has a keen attention to details

• Should be willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule in BGC, Taguig
