Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Knowledge of SOPs, policies, and onboarding processes.
• Ability to track training metrics and measure effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated mastery of FBB policies, procedures, SOPs, and training requirements, including upsell and cross-sell techniques.
• Assign pre-study work as defined by client and training program.
• Complete tracking and reporting tasks accurately and on time.
• Communicate trainee status updates to Training Manager (attendance, scores, factors).
• Conduct client/process-related trainings, including vitality sessions and ad hoc topics.
• Deliver training to new and existing team members on SOPs and processes.
