Responsibilities

• Oversee analysis, scheduling and implementation of classroom training.
• Drive initiatives to improve training quality and internal processes.
• Evaluate trainer consistency through observations and class evaluations.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions and quarterly reviews.
• Coordinate with Quality and Operations on consistency issues.
• Create and maintain training schedules and tools.
• Provide feedback on trainer performance based on observations.
• Perform on-site audits of trainers during live sessions.
• Supervise training staff including hiring and performance appraisals.
