Job summary

Rustan Commercial Corporation is seeking a Training Officer/Education Officer to lead the education of Beauty Consultants, Therapists, Sales Associates, Counter Managers and Spa Managers. The role focuses on product knowledge, skill development and event protocol training across the Beauty Division.

Ideal candidates hold a college degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology or Business Administration and have 3+ years in retail training. Strong communication and planning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree preferably in Behavioral Science, Psychology, any Business Administration/Business Management course or equivalent
• At least 3 years experience in training preferably in the retail industry
• Strong people and communication skills and ability to lead teams

• Design and execute training programs on product knowledge, core skills development and event protocols
• Motivate staff to ensure immediate and increased sales for assigned brands
• Coordinate with Beauty Division to align training with brand standards

Job description

The Training Officer/Education Officer is responsible for the training and education of Beauty Consultants, Beauty Therapists, Sales Associates, Counter Managers and Spa Managers under our Beauty Division. They are responsible for designing and executing training programs on product knowledge, core skills development and event protocols in accordance with the brand/s standards. They are accountable for training and motivation to ensure immediate and increased sales of their assigned brand/s.

Minimum Education:

• College degree preferably in Behavioral Science, Psychology, any Business Administration/Business Management course or equivalent

Minimum Work Experience:

• At least 3 years experience in training preferably in the retail industry
