Symbos is seeking an engaging Trainer to deliver onboarding, process and operational training programs for customer-facing teams. You will facilitate learning sessions, assess readiness, coach learners and collaborate with Operations and Quality to ensure smooth transitions into production.

The role focuses on improving learner readiness, driving learning outcomes and supporting performance improvements. Onsite work at Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay, with potential cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of training, facilitation, coaching or relevant contact centre experience.
• Experience delivering onboarding, process or operational training programs.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage learners and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
• Experience assessing learner performance and providing coaching.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work Australian operational schedules when required.
• Comfortable partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support business outcomes.
• Amenable to work onsite in the Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay.
