Job summary

MET TRAVEL AND TOURS CORP is seeking a Training Specialist to facilitate classroom and virtual trainings across aviation-related topics. The role involves developing lesson plans, assessments, and training modules, while evaluating participants and supporting client presentations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong facilitation and presentation skills, and advantageous experience in aviation, sales, or marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
• TESDA Train-the-TrainerTM or equivalent is advantageous.
• Experience in aviation is advantageous.
• Sales and marketing experience is advantageous.
