Philippine Football Federation (PFF) is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to identify training needs, design and implement learning programs, and support employee development aligned with organizational goals.
The role involves creating training materials, coordinating sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness to drive performance and growth within the organization.
The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for identifying employee training needs, developing training programs, and implementing learning initiatives to improve employees' skills, knowledge, and overall performance. The position supports employee development and organizational growth by ensuring that training programs are aligned with the goals and objectives of the Philippine Football Federation (PFF).
Key responsibilities
Conduct training needs assessments to identify employees' learning and development requirements.
Develop and implement training programs aligned with the organization's goals.
Prepare training materials, presentations, modules, and other learning resources.
Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, seminars, workshops, and other learning activities.
Monitor employee participation and attendance in training programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Maintain and update employee training records and documentation.
Assist in developing individual employee development plans and career development programs.
Coordinate with department heads to identify skills gaps and training priorities.
Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, performance improvement, and organizational development.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1–3 years of experience in Learning and Development, Training, Human Resources, or a related role.
Knowledge of training needs assessment, training design, and employee development.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
Ability to develop training materials and evaluate training effectiveness.
Experience in organizing seminars, workshops, and employee development programs is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with different departments.
